Home, Termite, Stucco, and Mold Inspectors
HOME INSPECTIONS
A section in the contract for your new home states that you are allowed to have any inspections, examinations, appraisals, surveys, etc. done to the property.
You can use any inspector you wish. If you need assistance in finding an inspector, here are a few that we have used in the past and find them very thorough and helpful. You may not need all the specialties listed below.
At a minimum, we recommend a general home inspection and a termite inspection, and strongly encourage a radon inspection and a survey.
